Hotel registration deadline is Friday, June 19

Hotel may honor TJHS rate after deadline if rooms are available.

Meals are not included with Registration.

Dinners on Friday and Saturday night are not included with Registration.

Saturday’s meeting at 1:00 PM will be begin after lunch on your own.

If you arrive on Friday,  a group can go together to Black’s BBQ or on their own.

On Saturday, there is a private room reserved for the group at Grins Restaurant at 6:30 PM  where members can order individually from a full menu and pay separately.

Sunday morning there will be pastries, fruit, some home baked goods, coffee etc before the meeting at 9:00am. The hotel has a bistro where breakfast can be purchased for early risers who want a hot breakfast.

1:00 – 6:00 PM          Strategic Planning and Orientation, Hotel Meeting Room

6:30 PM                        Dinner (Private room reserved at Grins Restaurant; individuals select from full menu and pay separately)                                        

8:30 PM                        Hospitality Room open

Sunday, July 19, 2026

7:00 – 8:45 AM           Breakfast on own; coffee and pastries in Meeting Room

9:00 – 11:00 AM         TJHS Board business and wrap-up session, Hotel Meeting Room

11:30 PM                        Hotel Check out
